Effective January 13, 2026. Last Updated: Jan 13, 2026. PGP-signed legal agreement governing documentation access and verification services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kerberoshop.com or onion mirrors, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This constitutes a binding legal agreement.

Violation = immediate termination of access. No refunds (none offered). PGP-signed disputes only.

  • Static HTML documentation hosting
  • Official Kerberos onion mirror listing
  • PGP fingerprint publication & verification
  • Tor Browser access guides
  • OpSec best practices documentation

NOT Provided

  • Marketplace operation
  • Transaction facilitation
  • Escrow services
  • Vendor/buyer coordination
  • Customer support

3. User Responsibilities

4. Prohibited Activities

Strictly Forbidden

  • Automated scraping/crawling beyond normal browsing
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling source
  • Commercial redistribution without attribution
  • DDoS attacks or service disruption
  • Phishing or impersonation using our PGP keys
  • Linking from malware/phishing sites

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AS IS BASIS. No warranty of onion mirror availability, PGP fingerprint accuracy, or service uptime. Darknet infrastructure inherently unreliable.

User assumes ALL RISK of phishing, exit node compromise, correlation attacks, operational errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To maximum extent permitted by law, Kerberos Documentation Hub not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

  • Loss of cryptocurrency/funds
  • Legal consequences of user actions
  • Phishing losses from unverified mirrors
  • OpSec failures/mistakes
  • Darknet market exit scams

8. Termination

Access may be terminated immediately for violations without notice. No account system exists. IP blocking via Cloudflare/Tor bans possible.

9. Dispute Resolution

PGP-Signed Arbitration Only

All disputes PGP-encrypted to Documentation Key. No clearnet email. No phone. No physical mail. 30-day response window.

10. Governing Law

Disputes governed by international arbitration principles. No specific jurisdiction due to distributed onion mirror architecture. PGP-signed decisions final.

11. Service Availability

Service Level Agreement: BEST EFFORT

12. Changes to Terms

Updates PGP-signed and published to all mirrors. Continued access = acceptance. Check signature regularly.

13. Severability

If any provision held invalid, remainder remains enforceable. PGP signatures supersede HTML text in disputes.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute complete agreement. No verbal/written side agreements valid without PGP signature matching Documentation Key.

15. Effective Date

Effective January 13, 2026. Applies to all access after this date. Legacy users bound by prior signed versions.
